Yonsei University intends to collect and use personal information as stipulated below for the purpose of managing and administering participants for the International Symposium」. Please read the following carefully and indicate your consent and sign:
Item: Name, date of birth, contact number, email, address, and other information entered in the application form, as well as information provided by the participant Purpose of Collection/Use: Membership registration for the website, administering and managing the registration and operations of the international symposium Retention Period: From the time this Consent to Provide/Use Personal Information is executed until the purpose of portrait/use is achieved
※ The collected personal information will neither be used for purposes other than the foregoing nor be provided to third parties. ※ You have the right to refuse consent to the portrait and use of personal information. If you do not consent, however, your eligibility to apply for the competition may be restricted, and you may be disadvantaged in the application and screening process. Pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, I hereby consent to the provision and portrait/use of my personal information as stated above.
In accordance with Articles 15, 17, and 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, Yonsei University collects, uses, and, when necessary, provides to third parties personal information and image/likeness data related to participation in the International Symposium.
